EARTH MOVING

Perform hand and arm signals to assist the heavy equipment operator with completing the tasks associated with the vehicle. Before beginning the procedure, the spotter must identify and hazards and make sure the work area is a safe place to operate and maneuver the vehicle. The spotter must be familiar and able to identify the blind spots of the vehicle before operation. A hand and arm signal performance test is given to the spotter before moving onto the practical.

MEWP
